How do SCAR drops work?

We release in limited batches. Once it’s gone, it may not return.

What products do you offer?

Our current line includes essential tees, with more on the way.

We’re expanding into outerwear, accessories, and other everyday pieces that carry comfort, character, and confidence.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across Dhaka and outside Dhaka within Bangladesh.

Inside Dhaka: Delivery usually takes 48–72 hours

Outside Dhaka: Delivery usually takes 5–7 days

Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your exact location and courier conditions.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

  •     The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  •     You contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  •     The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

All requests are reviewed case by case.

Note : We want you to be confident in what you choose. As each drop is limited, we do not accept returns for size or change of mind. Please check the size chart and confirm your size before ordering.

What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?

Mistakes are rare, but if something goes wrong, we’ve got you.

Reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. Our customer service team is ready to solve the matter in no time.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

To keep things smooth and efficient, once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or changed.

We begin processing your order right away to ensure quick delivery.

Are your patches and logos durable?

Yes. We use industrial-grade embroidery machinery through our trusted manufacturing partners to ensure clean, high-density stitching.

From premium threadwork to 3D silicone patches and select clean prints, every detail is made to last, crafted with depth, care, and intention.

Do you offer custom or made-to-order pieces?

Not yet but we’re working toward exclusive capsule releases in the future. Stay close.
